Concept & Coordination The approach of the personnel audit was designed in conjunction with the executive board. The implementation of the project was divided into three parts in order to gain a complete picture of each potential candidate. The first phase consisted of the online assessment PERLS, the second was designed as a case study for each candidate and the final phase consisted of a competence based interview with an Iventa consultant. Implementation of the personnel audit Based on a previously developed competence model which illustrated future requirements, we used a case study and a competence based interview as instruments for the audit as well as PERLS. We presented our client the assessment results of the audit on an individual level for each candidate. Based on the strengths and learning curves of each candidate in comparison with the job specific requirements, our client had a sound base for choosing the most suitable person to fill this strategically important position. | ![]() | |
