Method
For this project the research team chose to directly approach candidates, using headhunting as the main tool and therefore aiming to find only the best-suited individuals in an efficient and timely manner.
In order to find the right candidates we created a target list of multinational service providers with a similar number of employees. The number of candidates was reduced as we had to find an experienced Chief Financial Officer with HR, IT, Controlling and Facility responsibility. Excellent spoken and written English also decreased the number of potential candidates. We identified the suitable candidates and evaluated not only their professional background but also their personality and organisational as well as cultural fit.
Results
The success of the project was realized due to the professional approach of the researcher and consultant as well as the cooperative support and the decisiveness of the customer throughout the search process.
