
Successful placement of a Key Account Manager/Office Manager position
Method
The cross-bordered, international cooperation between Iventa and the above mentioned client has already been a long-term one. The Hungarian Iventa consultancy group has already successfully filled several managerial and specialist positions within the company and was assigned to the project due because of our long-term relationship with the client.
We started the search and selection process by creating a detailed job profile in conjunction with the client (requirements, responsibilities, special conditions), and we conducted a quick market search within the food industry. In parallel, we additionally started a search for the right candidates in external and internal databases.. Furthermore we contacted people from previous projects in order to gain valuable recommendations.
After these steps, we started the direct approach of potentially appropriate candidates and invited them for personal interviews.
Result
In this project our network of candidates within the food industry, where we have already established a good reputation due to previous search & selection projects was a key factor to our success. In the end we could fill the position within a relatively short time and to the satisfaction of our client.
