#Mission
- Support the development, verification and integration of the UAV Battery System.
- Understand the needs of customers and other stakeholders and translate them into the Battery system requirements.
- Manage requirements and traceability from high levels to the Battery System and Components levels.
- Develop the Battery System design- and lifecycle-related documentation.
- Work closely with the Certification and Testing teams and other stakeholders.
- Take responsibility for the providing input, coordination of the development activities and accepting the inputs of a Supplier.
- Being responsible for the validation and verification of the requirements and generating compliance evidence for the certification by the aviation authority.
- Work within a scaled agile environment to support the Product Owner.
- Support customers and Flight Testing department.
#Must Haves & Nice to Haves
- You have an engineering degree, ideally in aerospace or electrical engineering
- You have 3+ years of professional experience as a systems engineer in Battery System development, preferably in the aviation industry.
- You have good knowledge of the standard specifications and performance standards for the Battery Systems in airborne applications such as ASTM F3005, RTCA DO-3311.
- You have good knowledge in requirements management and RM-Tools.
- Ideally, you are experienced with drone systems and UAVCAN/DroneCAN.
- Ideally, you are experienced with systems engineering according to ARP4754A.
