After finishing her bachelor’s degree in marketing and project management, Julia Haderer gained first practical experience in a Viennese marketing agency. For her master’s degree, she went to Amsterdam to specialize in digital marketing. Enthusiastic about marketing and backed by her international experience, she now works in the marketing team of Iventa Group Holding GmbH.

Markus Ivancich

Markus graduated from the Bachelor’s program in Product Marketing and Project Management at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt, Wieselburg Campus. He, was then self-employed and opened an advertising agency. After all, because of his knowledge of customer acquisition, he ended up with us in the Inside Sales Team.

Nina-Catharina Jäger

Nina-Catharina Jäger brings years of experience in B2B customer service with her position as Junior Key Account Manager. During her time as a team leader and due to her studies in business administration and business psychology, her interest in personnel development and employer branding grew. She therefore approaches her consulting work with a great deal of empathy and enthusiasm, placing a high value on service-oriented consulting and high-quality partnerships with her customers.

Annemarie Kriegs-Au

Annemarie Kriegs-Au has many years of experience in sales planning and strategy and is responsible for Iventas Sales and Key Account Management. As former sales manager for StepStone, Sodexo and Manpower in Austria she bases her daily work on 15 years of experience within the HR sector. Working in a dynamic market environment it is her focus to establish and strengthen long-term and sustainable client relationships for Iventa in its role as leading management consulting company in Austria. For her, the key to success are the many experienced and specialised colleagues from all Iventa units who meet the daily challenges of our clients with profound consulting and a strong will to establish the right solution for our partners.

Peggy Liebig

Peggy Liebig has graduated in international business administration and foreign trade. She has a broad knowledge of sales, especially regarding the technical, complex products for the automotive sector, where she handled international projects and key accounts. Furthermore, she has experience in marketing, business development and sales management.

Most recently she was working in the area of media consultancy and ad-sales as well as employer branding, where she was in charge of many key accounts for German speaking countries.

At Iventa  she is responsible for our German clients and for finding the best suitable solutions in the areas media and employer branding.

Romana Mally

Romana Mally studied media studies and communication sciences with a focus on advertisement and PR, and earned another degree in marketing and sales from the University of Economics. She looks back on ten years of experience in the areas of advertisement and marketing for customer and ad agencies. At Iventa, she implements the company’s holistic marketing and PR presence.

Matthias Mohr

Matthias holds a degree in economics and social sciences and has been active on the market for online recruiting, personnel marketing and employer branding since entering professional life. At his previous employers, he got to know the market from both a media agency’s and a job portal’s perspective. By performing various functions (sales, consulting, partnership management and business development), he acquired in-depth knowledge of the relevant media, products and solution approaches. On this basis, Matthias will support Iventa’s customers in their future challenges.

Valentina von Pestalozza

Valentina von Pestalozza studied Communication Science at the University of Vienna and is currently studying for a Master’s degree in art & economy at the University of Applied Sciences also in Vienna. She has already gained experience in a PR agency. During her studies she works in the Inside Sales Team as a Sales Consultant.

Claudia Ploszanski

Claudia Ploszanski studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on CEE management and Human Resources. Following this, she worked as a consultant and supported various companies in their endeavors to enter CEE/SEE markets. In her last position within a well-known payment provider, she managed and widened its international partner network. As International Expansion Manager it is her goal to open up new markets for the wide service portfolio of Iventa.

Liza Rotter

Liza Rotter combines international experience with local know-how in her role as Senior Sales & Key Account Manager. Being a sales enthusiast and passionate networker, she has many years of experience and a vast understanding of the Austrian media industry. Thus, having the right feeling for creative cooperation and successful campaigning. She sees her role as a relationship builder with handshake quality and a strong will to drive results in efficient recruiting.
