Kerstin Kornfeld studied HR Management in Vienna and, during that same time, started her career in the field of HR. She worked for a well-known specialized recruiting agency and grew into the role of HR Consultant. In 2020, she moved to the USA, where she worked as Recruiter/HR Generalist for an Austrian company. After her return to Austria, she now supports the Iventa Team in Vienna with her broad expertise in recruiting and her know-how gained by her international work experience.
