Expertise for more than three decades
It all began with an idea: to successfully connect people and employers. With this vision, Christina Mayer founded Iventa in Vienna in 1991. What started as a small business has now grown into an internationally active HR consulting company with offices in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Romania. For over three decades, we have been supporting organizations throughout the DACH region in the areas of HR consulting, recruiting, employer branding, and organizational development.
2025
Rebranding and introduction of the new Iventa umbrella brand.
2023
Investment in the German recruiting company Scout4Skills and opening of our location in Switzerland.
2022
We celebrate 31 years with the “IVENTA JU31LÄUM” (Iventa’s 31st anniversary).
2021
Merger of “Employer Branding” and “EntwicklungHoch3” to form “Branding & Culture.”
2019
Foundation of our subsidiary GmbH, rebranding, and launch of the “Media & Tec” business unit in Germany.
2016
We celebrate our 25th anniversary.
2015
Acquisition of “Media4Jobs” Werbe- und Mediaagentur GmbH.
2011
Opening of the office in Salzburg.

We evolve into an employer branding consulting agency.
