During her studies, Julia Bernecker has specialized in Organization and Personnel Management as well as Business Law. Prior to her master’s studies, she has worked as a consultant for a small Vienna-based consultancy firm. As part of the Iventa Sales team, Julia is mainly responsible for the implementation of an effective tendering process.

Maria Brait

Maria Brait studies theater, film and media studies as well as journalism and communication science at the University of Vienna. In addition to her studies, she supports our Inside Sales team especially in the field of data cleansing.

Victoria Brinek

Victoria Brinek studied theatre, film and media science in Vienna. Her enthusiasm for online media first led her to a position at an online job exchange and later, she ran an online editorial office.
She joined Iventa in 2011 as a media consultant and was able to accrue comprehensive knowledge in the creation of recruitment adverts and the media landscape. After her return from maternity leave, Victoria Brinek is now working as a sales consultant in the telesales team. She appreciates the service-oriented customer contact in her work and the daily exchange with her colleagues.

Georg Fellinger

GGeorg Fellinger intuitively meets his customers’ needs and requirements in his position as Senior Key Account Manager of Iventa:M4J Personalwerbung GmbH. He draws on his profound market knowledge collected through years of experience in media, developing individual and innovative solutions. Large customers in north and west Austria trust his interdisciplinary expertise in diverse areas of recruitment marketing. Georg Fellinger studied social and economic sciences and graduated from the VGN Vienna Media Sales Academy.

Michael Flemming

Michael Flemming, advertising manager and former professional sportsman, brings not only media agency and personnel consultancy experience, but also many years of practical experience in customer consulting and sales. As a key account manager in the online recruiting business for national and international companies, he served clients mainly in Germany. At Iventa he is also an on-site advisor for customers in Germany – with a keen focus on creating the best possible media and employer branding solutions for our customers.

Annika Gari

After completing a Bachelor’s degree in Slavic Studies and a Master’s degree in International Business Administration with a focus on Organizational and HR Management, Annika Gari has already begun working at Iventa during her studies. In 2023, she started as a Sales Consultant, focusing on new client acquisition in Germany and Switzerland. Since April 2025, she has been working as an Account Manager, supporting clients in developing tailored recruiting measures – from traditional job postings to strategic consulting.

Anja Good

Anja Good began her professional career in the 5-star hotel industry and, after completing her studies, transitioned to the tech start-up sector. Regardless of the industry, her top priorities are service readiness and partner satisfaction. Since July 2024, she has been working as a Sales Consultant at Iventa in Switzerland, actively building potential partnerships. She is the primary contact for topics such as Media & Tec and Branding & Culture, and together with the experts at Iventa, she offers comprehensive recruiting solutions for Switzerland.

Renato Graziano

Renato Graziano brings many years of experience in the areas of HR media, HR tech, media planning and HR tendering processes. He has been active in the Swiss HR industry for over 25 years, in various positions and companies. His passion is to establish long-term and sustainable relationships for clients and partners and to work with them to overcome daily challenges. Since January 1, 2023, Renato Graziano brings the outstanding competencies of colleagues from all departments at Inventa Human Management Consulting to the Swiss market.

Nina-Catharina Jäger

Nina-Catharina Jäger brings years of experience in B2B customer service with her position as Junior Key Account Manager. During her time as a team leader and due to her studies in business administration and business psychology, her interest in personnel development and employer branding grew. She therefore approaches her consulting work with a great deal of empathy and enthusiasm, placing a high value on service-oriented consulting and high-quality partnerships with her customers.
