Next to office management and assistance of the managing director, Claudia Raimann is our contact person for customers concerning applicant management in the area of Postbox. Here, she supports applicants as well as customers; from applicant questions to assistance in online application to administration of our customer portal, her goal is always finding the right candidates for our customers fast.
Peter Ruff has many years of experience in facility management. At Iventa he is responsible for both maintenance- and, if necessary, minor renovation-work, and so he supports the daily routine.
Teresa Segura studied tourism in Spain. She spent many years working at various four- and five-star hotels where she looked after the most exclusive guests. She then changed to accounting. Now she supports her colleagues in this department at Iventa in Vienna.
Margarita is from the hotel industry and is now doing the reception activities at Iventa and supports the assistant tasks in the head office.
Thorsten Wahlster worked in the health sector in Germany for 20 years until he moved to Vienna at the end of 2017. He worked as a system administrator for 3 years in the IT- department of a larger furniture company and brings a lot of experience to our company. At Iventa he supports the IT department and is responsible for the company’s IT infrastructure.
Therese Werl studied biotechnology and sustainability management and professionally focused on the areas of project management, strategy and adult education. At Iventa, she takes on the role as People Manager and is responsible for internal training, employee engagement and development, the internal Iventa Academy, the entire employee lifecycle, on- and offboarding, and internal HR agendas and projects.
Claudia Widhalm started out at Iventa as customer advisor in Iventa Personalwerbung GmbH and moved up to team leader of the advertisement accounting team. Her team of four is responsible for supplier accounting and customer accounting of ad services.
Arzu is a responsible and determined person who likes to devote herself completely to new tasks. She was able to gain her first work experience in accounting in the tourism industry/ tour operator sector from July 2019 until the end of May 2022. Now she is a part of the Iventa team around Claudia Widhalm in advertising billing.
Evelyn Zimmel, office administrator, has years of experience in the area of accounting. A long-term part of the organisation structure, she is responsible for operational finance and controlling, and supports colleagues with difficult, unusual and challenging queries concerning these topics.
