Birgit Auly started working for Catro Media in 2000 and has been working in ad-accounting for 16 years. Since autumn 2015, she has been a part of the Iventa team lead by Claudia Widhalm.
Before Philipp joined 1st & 2nd level support he worked in customer service. In his last position he was responsible for user support, for the provision of hardware and software, for ensuring smooth operation and much more. Now he supports our Iventa Team on site and remote with all technical inquiries.
Lukas Hartl collected his first experience working for a big tax consultant. He was responsible for small and middle-sized companies as well as a few pharmacies. Since September 2022 he assists the Iventa accounting team in the head office.
During her studies in psychology, Cathrin Hochstetter-Krafft focused on personality development and specialized in psychosocial competence in business. After several years of professional experience in the field of psychiatry, her career led into the economy, primarily in consulting and supporting national and international clients. As an HR enthusiast, she is responsible for the business-oriented strategic direction of the appreciative people management of Iventa Group Holding GmbH and acts as a sparring partner for the management board and the employees themselves.
Next to pursuing his degree in computer science, Markus Käfer has been working in IT since 2001. While working in IT, he accrued extensive experience in diverse IT structures and built up comprehensive industry know-how. As IT manager, his tasks range from classic IT topics like planning and operation of the infrastructure of Iventa Group to organisational issues. His profile is completed by responsibility for internal projects and technical customer projects.
Margot Kastner studied trade economics at the University of Economics and specialised in trade & marketing, and behavioural scientific oriented management. She is currently working at Iventa in the division HR/Controlling – especially the combination of a propensity for numbers and orientation towards people still brings a smile to her face after more than 10 years with the firm. As part time employee, she likes to spend time with her family.
Eva Leeb-Valentin has years of experience in HR and organisation. After a change of jobs from HR consulting at Iventa over to the organisational side, she is responsible for the internal competency centres Accounting & Controlling, staff, IT, and organisation. Apart from that, she is a member of the management board of Iventa Group Holding GmbH. „We ensure smooth internal processes and control of a healthy company together with a team of specialists.“
Melanie Parzer studied theater, film and media studies and worked for several years in the organization of film and cinema companies. She discovered her love for HR work after moving within the company, continued her education and was able to gain several years of experience as an HR manager for the cinema industry. At Iventa, she takes care of the entire employee lifecycle, on- and offboarding, employee engagement and development, the internal Iventa Academy, internal HR agendas and projects, employee benefits, the organization of the Welcome Days and much more.
Next to office management and assistance of the managing director, Claudia Raimann is our contact person for customers concerning applicant management in the area of Postbox. Here, she supports applicants as well as customers; from applicant questions to assistance in online application to administration of our customer portal, her goal is always finding the right candidates for our customers fast.
