Julia Dragoman graduated from the University of Vienna with a Bachelor’s degree in “Transcultural Communication” with the language combination Romanian-German-English. Her interest in HR topics brought her to Iventa. Due to her language skills acquired during her studies, combined with her previous professional experience in the project management field, she supports the Iventa recruiting team as a Senior Recruiting Expert in the successful matching between candidates and job.
Robert Koenes serves as Director of Iventa Personalberatung and Iventa IT-Recruiting. His key responsibilities include leading the teams in Vienna, driving national and international business development, and managing the search and selection of senior executives at the first and second management levels. Robert Koenes has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT industry with German and American corporations, including 13 years as Managing Director in Austria, the Czech Republic, Italy, and Switzerland.
Conny Malz studied business education and gained initial experience in advising on financial services and IT positions. Ms. Malz worked as research specialist at Iventa International Management Consulting GmbH and joined the IT-Recruiting Team in 2020. Her focus now lies in the search and recruitement of specialists in the IT field.
Ellen Malz studied Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management. As such, she has already gained several years of professional experience in the direct approach of potential candidates. At Iventa, Ellen Malz started out as a recruiting & research specialist. Then, in 2020, she became part of our Recruiting department, working as a consultant to support the team in their search for suitable candidates.
Claudia Ploszanski studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on CEE management and Human Resources. Following this, she worked as a consultant and supported various companies in their endeavors to expand. In her last position within a well-known payment provider, she managed and widened its international partner network.
Linda Rittler received her masters‘s degree in „Organisational- & Human Resources Development“ at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication. She has already gained experience in the field of recruiting and human resources in an international healthcare company. As an IT consultant, she gets to communicate with interesting and unique IT specialists on a daily basis and match them with the right clients. Together with her team she pursues her passion, the communication with different personalities and companies. In doing so, she is inspired and motivated by the future-oriented topic of IT. In addition, she acts as an interface to internal marketing and is allowed to deal extensively with various topics in this area and give free rein to her creativity.
Zsuzsanna Torda is Hungarian by birth. She studied Business Administration with focus on Human Resource Management. She has several years experience in national and international IT Recruiting. At Iventa Zsuzsanna works as a manager, her main focus is the coordination, respectively the further development of the team and the extensive search for IT specialists.
