Robert Koenes is senior consultant and team leader of Iventa HR Executive Search, and managing director of Iventa International Management Consulting GmbH. His focus lies on management of the HR consulting team Vienna and International, and in international business development as well as in search & selection of first and second level executive positions. Robert Koenes looks back on 20 years of work experience in IT for German and American corporations, spending 13 of those years as managing director domestically and internationally (Austria, Czech Republic, Italy, Switzerland).
Annemarie Kriegs-Au has many years of experience in sales planning and strategy and is responsible for Iventas Sales and Key Account Management. As former sales manager for StepStone, Sodexo and Manpower in Austria she bases her daily work on 15 years of experience within the HR sector. Working in a dynamic market environment it is her focus to establish and strengthen long-term and sustainable client relationships for Iventa in its role as leading management consulting company in Austria. For her, the key to success are the many experienced and specialised colleagues from all Iventa units who meet the daily challenges of our clients with profound consulting and a strong will to establish the right solution for our partners.
Silke Kurtz is responsible for the Employer Branding & Development division. Her customers benefit from her degree in economic counselling from FH Wiener Neustadt with a focus on management, organisation, HR consulting and market communication, sales, as well as her certificate for Employer Brand Leadership from an international university. Her years of practical experience in this area strengthens her expertise – this is the basis for creating a successful employer brand and for solutions to strategic and operative challenges of a dynamic job market.
Eva Leeb-Valentin has years of experience in HR and organisation. After a change of jobs from HR consulting at Iventa over to the organisational side, she is responsible for the internal competency centres Accounting & Controlling, staff, IT, and organisation. Apart from that, she is a member of the management board of Iventa Group Holding GmbH. „We ensure smooth internal processes and control of a healthy company together with a team of specialists.“
Martin Mayer studied business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and following this, worked in international business consulting for a number of years, and was part of the board of management of a large Austrian bank. In 2000, he entered the company founded by his mother and took over the role of managing director and developed Iventa into a market-leading human management consulting company in Austria. In the 15 years since, he was significantly involved in the design of the HR consulting industry in Austria, and also works for a number of Austrian and international business advisory boards.

Isabella Doeberl, native Upper Austrian, studied business administration with focus on organisation and business management at the University of Innsbruck and went on to accumulate years of work experience in business consultancy as well as industry. Ms. Doeberl is authorised signaroy of Iventa Management Consulting GmbH, and as Director supports customers in national and international searches and placement of management and specialist positions.
Sandra Zach-Rabl studied psychology with a focus on industrial, organizational and business psychology. After initial work experience in the training sector and 4 years of work at a renowned Viennese executive search company, she started at Iventa in 2011. She works as director of HR consulting at Iventa Management Consulting GmbH and member of the management team from the Graz location and has been successfully looking after customers in southern Austria from various industries as well as numerous companies in Vienna / Austria in the pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare sectors for many years. Her focus is on filling “key positions”, both in management and in specialist areas.
