Therese Werl is an “Expert Development and Learning” at Iventa. With a great passion for education and lifelong learning, she is dedicated to the promotion of potential, knowledge management and further development offers. Therese Werl is responsible for the conception and implementation of internal training programs, including those for managers, and develops tailor-made personnel development projects for clients, especially in blended learning format. Her academic and professional career has taken her through the fields of biotechnology and sustainability management as well as into adult education, where her commitment to knowledge transfer and personal development have always been key drivers.

Ibrahim Emre Yaka is a creative multimedia designer and a successful graduate of the Arts and Design department at HTBLVA Spengergasse. Afterwards he worked as a media designer at a performance marketing agency, where he contributed to success with his extensive knowledge. Since February 2024, he has been supporting the Iventa Employer Branding Team as a newcomer, bringing graphic concepts to the team.
