Claudia Ploszanski studied international business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on CEE management and Human Resources. Following this, she worked as a consultant and supported various companies in their endeavors to expand. In her last position within a well-known payment provider, she managed and widened its international partner network.
Linda Rittler received her masters‘s degree in „Organisational- & Human Resources Development“ at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication. She has already gained experience in the field of recruiting and human resources in an international healthcare company. As an IT consultant, she gets to communicate with interesting and unique IT specialists on a daily basis and match them with the right clients. Together with her team she pursues her passion, the communication with different personalities and companies. In doing so, she is inspired and motivated by the future-oriented topic of IT. In addition, she acts as an interface to internal marketing and is allowed to deal extensively with various topics in this area and give free rein to her creativity.
For many years, Kathrin Sailer, a native of Carinthia, has been part of Iventa Management Consulting GmbH at the Salzburg location. As an expert in recruiting, she supervises numerous projects in Western Austria and Upper Carinthia.
Miriam Sampl studied Business Administration and E-Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Krems and gained first pratical HR experiences in course of several internships. After completing her masters degree she started her career at Iventa assisting the HR consulting team Vienna. Soon she switched to the international team, where she is currently supporting international business activities in CEE/SEE in a coordinating role.
Nadine Schmid is currently studying business law, with a focus on corporate law. Her main focus is on employment law as well as human resources and change management. She was also able to gain valuable professional experience before and during her studies. As a recruiting expert, she now supports the consultants in their successful search for suitable candidates.
Stefan Schosswohl studied economics with an emphasis on environmental system sciences (M.Sc.) at Karl-Franzens-University in Graz. After professional experience in the pharmaceutical, banking, start-up and media sectors, he started working at Iventa in August 2023 as a consultant for customers in southern Austria. The focus is on filling “key positions”, both in management and in specialist areas.
Seher Sirin completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration at the Vienna University of Economics and Business with a focus on human resources and change management. During her studies, she was able to gain experience as an assistant in controlling at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences and then worked as a personnel developer at a furnishing house. As a Senior Recruiting Expert at Iventa, she supports the consultants in the successful search for suitable candidates.
Vanessa Sosna studied business administration with focus on human resources management and behavioral science-oriented management. During her studies, she completed various internships and worked as an office assistant. As a Recruiting Expert she supports the consultants in their search for qualified candidates.
Zsuzsanna Torda is Hungarian by birth. She studied Business Administration with focus on Human Resource Management. She has several years experience in national and international IT Recruiting. At Iventa Zsuzsanna works as a manager, her main focus is the coordination, respectively the further development of the team and the extensive search for IT specialists.
Sandra Zach-Rabl studied psychology with a focus on industrial, organizational and business psychology. After initial work experience in the training sector and 4 years of work at a renowned Viennese executive search company, she started at Iventa in 2011. She works as director of HR consulting at Iventa Management Consulting GmbH and member of the management team from the Graz location and has been successfully looking after customers in southern Austria from various industries as well as numerous companies in Vienna / Austria in the pharmaceutical, medical technology and healthcare sectors for many years. Her focus is on filling “key positions”, both in management and in specialist areas.
