After her studies of history and German language and literature, Edith Baumgartner worked for several years in the field of adult education before she started her career in 1994 in leading positions in the personnel consulting industry. Thus, Edith Baumgartner can refer to more than 25 years of professional experience in personnel consulting. Following her Bachelor Studies in Political Sciences and International Affairs, Nivin Dik completed her Masters in Cultural Differences and Transnational Processes and acquired a certificate in Project Management. During her years of studies, she gathered professional experience in various fields, including during an internship at the United Nations. Michaela Eisler is a graduated communications expert specialised on integrated communications management. She held leading positions in Corporate Communications and was a spokesperson for many years in in the healthcare sector. She has a long-standing and broad experience as a leader and a coach, working mainly in HR management and leadership development in the past few years.

Lisa Grimm studied the bachelor’s degree in textile design at the University of Derby, followed by a diploma in fashion design and management. After her studies she was able to gain professional experiences as purchasing assistant and office manager. After getting his bachelors degree in the field of pedagogy, Florian Grivec decided to study the continuative master degree in the field of adult education. Judith Gründler completed her bachelor’s degree “Management of International Business” at FH Joanneum Graz. Throughout various roles in corporate settings, working within the automotive and energy sector, she was able to gain first experience in the human resources area. Her desire for further development in human resources led her to Iventa, where she now complements the team in Vienna as a Recruiting Expert.
Hannes Gsellmann has a degree in business economics. At the beginning of his career, he was an HR manager. In the following 25 years he has built a career-track in HR-related management consulting, most of them as a co-entrepreneur. After two years as Operations Country Head in the pharmaceutical industry, he is now responsible for the Executive-Search and Selection-Team of Iventa in Vienna. Executive search projects are in good hands with him. Likewise, management audits and diagnostic topics as well as challenges around strategy and leadership.
Karina Herbst already worked at various call centers during her sociology studies with a focus on economic and social history. Here she realized that she likes to work with people and is very communicative.
