Linda Rittler received her masters‘s degree in „Organisational- & Human Resources Development“ at the University of Applied Sciences for Management & Communication. She has already gained experience in the field of recruiting and human resources in an international healthcare company. As an IT consultant, she gets to communicate with interesting and unique IT specialists on a daily basis and match them with the right clients. Together with her team she pursues her passion, the communication with different personalities and companies. In doing so, she is inspired and motivated by the future-oriented topic of IT. In addition, she acts as an interface to internal marketing and is allowed to deal extensively with various topics in this area and give free rein to her creativity.
Ronald Subkus studied Business Administration and graduated in Innovation Management. He worked for years as Community Lead, Business Development & Sales Manager in the field of professional events for CIOs & Digital Innovation Leaders. Zsuzsanna Torda is Hungarian by birth. She studied Business Administration with focus on Human Resource Management. She has several years experience in national and international IT Recruiting. At Iventa Zsuzsanna works as a manager, her main focus is the coordination, respectively the further development of the team and the extensive search for IT specialists.
